The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has released the second edition of its Antitrust Compliance Toolkit, offering updated guidance for companies to strengthen their compliance frameworks in line with international antitrust regulations. This revised edition, available here, includes tools and strategies for effectively managing compliance risks and implementing robust internal compliance programs.

We are pleased to announce that Head of our Competition and Regulation Practice Partner Şahin Ardıyok participated in this notable work as an Antirust Compliance Policy Harmonization contributor and was trusted with the review of the Toolkit from a Turkish perspective.
